Shipping Policy

1. Production Lead Time

Standard production lead time is 15–25 working days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Custom/OEM orders may require 25–35 working days depending on complexity. We will confirm the expected lead time in your quotation.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide via the following methods:

  • Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 5–8 business days. Best for sample orders and smaller quantities.
  • Air Freight: 7–12 business days door-to-door. Suitable for medium-volume orders.
  • Sea Freight (FCL / LCL): 25–40 days depending on destination port. Most economical for bulk orders.

We will recommend the most cost-effective method based on your order weight, volume, and delivery deadline.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. A shipping quote will be provided with your order quotation. For express shipments, you may request that we use your own courier account if preferred.

4. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is collected by the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

5. Customs & Duties

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. We mark shipments as "commercial goods" with the declared invoice value. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

6. Packaging

All products are packed with industrial-grade protection: individual EPE foam wrapping, corrugated carton inner boxes, and reinforced export-standard outer cartons. Fragile items receive additional bubble wrap and corner protection. Custom branding on packaging is available for OEM/ODM orders.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses. Some remote areas may incur additional surcharges from the carrier — we will notify you if applicable.
