Refund Policy

1. Quality Inspection upon Arrival

Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect all items within 7 calendar days. Notify us immediately if you discover:

  • Physical damage from shipping (photos required)
  • Quantity discrepancy (shortage or overage)
  • Incorrect product / model mismatch

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

2. Defective Products

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect (material flaw, incorrect dimensions outside stated tolerance, or finish defect), we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement shipment of the defective items (free of charge)
  • Credit toward a future order
  • Partial refund proportional to the defect

We may request that photographs or samples of the defect be returned for quality analysis before issuing a resolution.

3. Returns

We accept returns for non-defective products only with prior written approval and within 14 days of delivery. Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A restocking fee of 15% applies
  • Custom/OEM products are non-returnable

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom/OEM products made to your specifications
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or use
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or surface-finished by a third party
  • Sample orders (samples are sold as-is for evaluation purposes)

5. Warranty

Our stainless steel products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for the following periods from the date of shipment:

  • 304 Stainless Steel: 1 year
  • 316 Stainless Steel: 2 years
  • Surface coating (PVD, powder coat, etc.): 6 months against peeling under normal use

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion from aggressive environments (coastal/saltwater/marine — unless 316 SS), chemical exposure, or improper installation.

6. How to Initiate a Claim
