From Raw Material to Finished Hardware
Our production workflow covers material preparation, cutting, drilling, laser welding, polishing, surface finishing, assembly, inspection and packing. Managing these stages in-house helps us control dimensions, appearance and order consistency.
1. Material Preparation
Stainless steel tubes and components are checked before entering production.
2. Precision Cutting & Drilling
Tube length, hole spacing and processing requirements are completed according to the approved drawing.
3. Laser Welding
Handle components are joined and prepared for subsequent grinding and finishing.
4. Polishing & Finishing
Surfaces are processed according to the approved finish sample and order requirements.
5. Assembly
Components and fixing accessories are assembled and checked against the product specification.
6. Pre-Shipment Inspection
304 stainless steel components and finished products are inspected before shipment; inspection results are recorded and retained.
